I AM NOT AN EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO THIS SORT OF ITEM. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THIS INSTRUMENT IS COMPLETE BUT AM NOT POSITIVE. THERE APPEARS TO BE A FEW DARK SPECKLES WHEN YOU LOOK THROUGH THE LENS, OTHER THAN THAT LENS APPEARS TO BE CLEAR.
ITEM IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND THERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. BOTH THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ROTATION MOVES SMOOTH AND EASY. CASE SHOWS WEAR AND DENTS FROM AVERAGE STORAGE.  I HAVE TAKEN DETAILED PICTURES SO PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.
