    Description

    Depression Era anthropomorphic doll with felt pea pod head. Beautiful feed sack dress and paper mache overshoes. Main body of doll is tightly stuffed cloth. Rag doll is not jointed but can be seated on a chair with support. Hand painted faces. Label on back of dress states made in Italy. I did not find any holes or stains although item might be a bit dusty. Item is in great condition for age and rarely seen with the paper mache still intact. From a smoke free estate, item has light attic smell from long storage. Any desired cleaning left to new owner. Doll measures approx. 11" tall.
