Antique 19" - American Cloth Character Girl " Kamkins Doll "- Adorably sweet face.
19" All cloth doll with socket head,  having pressed and oil-painted facial features, painted blue eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair bobbed wig, firmly-stuffed body with stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing original dress. Complete with undergarments brushed wool coat and matching cloche cap.
She comes with a wardrobe. She has two coats, a red wool coat and blue one with a grey and cream knit collar , knitted wool grey and cream hat with red ribbon, and a matching grey and cream knit shawl; a red wool hat with a red matching bow, cream clothes, white socks and organdy undergarments adorned with purple flowers on the bottom.
Made by American designer Louise Kampes, sought after doll with bobbed hair. Circa 1925.
Her face is the sweetest, she may have had a bit of touch up on her face. I can't really say for sure. She is precious. She comes with her original wardrobe and two coats and hats.
